Seeking Manager Client Services
Central Desert is seeking a Manager Client Services to join our Senior Management team.
This role is responsible for leadership and management of the Client Services team, business development of that team, strategy development and client services delivery.
The position will work across departments within CDNTS such as heritage, legal and operations, and across CDNTS’ subsidiary companies being Desert Accounting Business Support Pty Ltd, Desert Support Services Pty Ltd and Rockhole Funds Management Pty Ltd, to facilitate multi-faceted service delivery in line with our clients’ aspirations.
The role is full-time based in our East Perth Office (free parking available).
To be considered for this position, you will have:
• Strong experience in Native Title and working with Aboriginal people and communities, with a high level of cultural competence.
• Advanced skills and experience in PBC operations, compliance and governance.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of client servicing, partnerships and business development.
• Experience with finance principles, budgets, profit and loss statements.
• Willingness and ability to travel to remote locations regularly, and for extended periods from time to time.
• Current manual driver’s licence.
• National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months).
