Central Desert is seeking Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Officer to join the Culture and Heritage team.

This role provides geospatial information services and related technical and advisory services across the Central Desert Group and to clients and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in GIS, cartography or relevant discipline.

• Proven experience using ESRI ArcGIS Desktop suite software (ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap).

• Willingness to work in multi-disciplinary teams.

• High-level time management and organisational skills, and ability to work independently to set deadlines.

The salary range offered is between $78,481 to $91,975 per annum plus superannuation depending on skills and experience.
