In partnership with the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts and other government agencies, the expert working group will advise on new laws to protect First Nations traditional knowledge and cultural expressions.

  • stakeholder engagement and the ability to represent the views of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This is a paid opportunity of at least 2 years, with a possible option to extend for 1 year. There will be a minimum of 5 meetings per financial year, with at least one of those being in-person.

For more information, including info sessions being held and how to apply, please visit the Australian Government website here.

We work in partnership with Traditional Owners of the Central Desert as they shape a self-determined future of independence, control and connection to Country, Culture and Community.
