Central Desert is seeking Governance Officers to join the Client Services Team. 

A variety of flexible work options will be considered for this role, such as Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual work arrangements.

The role will provide high level administrative support to assigned Aboriginal Corporation clients, including preparation of agendas, minute-taking, compilations of resolutions and actions items. Our Client Services Team is based in our East Perth Office with regular travel to regional locations in WA.

We are seeking someone who is:

1. You will be an experienced and confident administrator.

2. Experience or interest in working directly with Aboriginal people, and with a high level of cultural competence.

3. Excellent oral and written communications, presentation, and organisational skills.

4. Experience in minute taking and related meeting functions.

5. Strong initiative and problem-solving ability.

6. Strong experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

7. Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement.

8. An ability to regularly travel to regional areas for short periods to provide administrative services in support of client corporation meetings.

9. Current and unrestricted driver’s licence.
